Terms of Service
1. Service
navius is a Chrome extension that replaces your new tab page with a bookmark manager, paired with a web app for account management and cloud sync. The service is provided free of charge (“as is”) by Marc Hartung (see Impressum).
2. Accounts
You may use navius without an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time via the account settings page. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use navius for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. You may not attempt to interfere with the service, access data not intended for you, or circumvent any security measures.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
navius is provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use the service at your own risk. We are not liable for any loss of bookmark data or other content.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marc Hartung shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of navius. This does not apply in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
6. Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of navius after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via the extension or website.
7. Governing Law
