Everything you need to know about using navius.
Getting Started
Install the navius Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store. It replaces your new tab page with a beautiful, customizable bookmark dashboard.
Managing Bookmarks
- Add a bookmark — Click the + button in any group, or use the toolbar at the top.
- Edit a bookmark — Click the pencil icon on any bookmark card.
- Delete a bookmark — Open the edit dialog and click Delete.
- Organize groups — Drag and drop bookmarks between groups (manual grid mode).
Cloud Sync
Sign in with your navius account to sync your bookmarks across all devices. Your data is encrypted in transit and stored securely using Supabase. Changes are synchronized automatically in the background.
Layout Modes
navius supports three layout modes, toggleable from the footer:
- Manual Grid — Freely drag and drop bookmarks and groups.
- Auto-Sort Grid — Alphabetically sorted grid layout.
- Bento Layout — Compact, modern bento-style arrangement.
Keyboard Shortcuts
- Ctrl+F / Cmd+F — Search bookmarks
- Escape — Close modals and menus
- Enter — Confirm edits
